Welcome to Kate Funk Counseling

Hi! I’m Kate (she/her), I’m a therapist with a virtual private practice and am licensed to work with clients located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Missouri. I earned a Master's Degree in Family Therapy from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, and completed my undergrad in Psychology at Thomas Jefferson University (formerly Philadelphia University). I have dedicated my professional career to the treatment and understanding of eating disorders. I believe eating disorders affect the entire person and family system, and therapy can be a pathway to healing. With personal experience battling and recovering from an eating disorder, I know firsthand that full recovery is possible!
